About this tool

Merging is handy when a form, a contract and its attachments arrive as separate files, or when you want to send one tidy document instead of five. Every page keeps its original size, orientation and quality, because the pages are copied exactly as they are rather than re-printed.

The whole job runs inside your browser. Your PDFs are opened on your own device, so nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored and there's no waiting for a server.

Questions

Is there a limit on how many PDFs I can merge?

There's no fixed limit. Because merging happens on your device, the practical limit is your device's memory. Most computers and phones handle dozens of normal-sized files without trouble.

Will merging reduce the quality of my PDFs?

No. Pages are copied as they are, so text stays sharp and selectable, and images keep their original quality.

Can I change the order of the files?

Yes. After adding the files, use the up and down arrows next to each one. The merged PDF follows the order shown in the list.

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. The files are read and combined by your browser on your own device. They're never sent to us or anyone else.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

PDFs that need a password to open can't be merged. Remove the password in the app you normally use to open the file, then try again.
